Celebrity Chef Matthew Kenney grows his collection of plant-based restaurants in LA with Sestina—a vegan pasta and wine bar concept, opening in November. With a focus on healthy, plant-based adaptations of universally loved Italian classics, the menu will offer elegant, comfort cuisine, creative small plates and desserts. It also boasts organic wines and a creative cocktail menu.
True to Kenney’s Style
The décor is to be chic and minimalistic. A spacious interior will feature an open-kitchen, a glass-enclosed pasta ‘bar’ and a wood-burning oven, which becomes an interactive experience for diners to watch chefs create dishes. Expansive outdoor patio dining will also be available.
