Sometimes you just need a little fun! 😃This recipe is comfort food that’s easy easy to make and beyond delicious. I hope you try it out. Who doesn’t like a little beer with their vegetables? Here’s what you’ll need.
- Florets from 1 cauliflower
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Vegetable oil for frying
How to Make It
1️. In a bowl combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika powder, beer and sparkling powder. Mix until smooth. Add cauliflower florets and cover them with the batter.
2️. In a pot, heat vegetable oil until thermometer shows 350°F. Transfer the battered cauliflower florets to the pan and fry them until golden brown. Cook in batches.
3️. Drain fried cauliflower florets on paper towels. Serve immediately with your favorite dip (such as vegan ranch dip, BBQ sauce or ketchup).
